These terms are the agreement between you and Rounds when you use the app. Plain language, but they're binding — please read them.

Using Rounds
You must be 18 or older to use Rounds. By creating an account you confirm that you are. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. One account per person; please give us accurate information.
What Rounds is — and isn't
Rounds is a platform that connects golfers who want to play together. Golfers post open seats in their booked tee times, and other golfers ask to join.
Rounds does not organise the golf itself. We don't book tee times, take payment for green fees, vet golfers, or supervise rounds. Any arrangement to play — and anything that happens before, during, or after a round — is between the golfers involved. You're meeting other adults in person, and you do so at your own discretion and risk. Use common sense, meet in public at the course, and trust your judgement.
Your conduct
You agree to follow our Code of Conduct. In short: be respectful, show up when you commit, and don't use Rounds for anything unlawful, harmful, or dishonest. You're responsible for what you post — your profile, messages, reviews, and the tee times you list.
Content you post
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it, you give us permission to display and distribute it within Rounds so the app can function (for example, showing your tee time in the feed or your message in a chat). Don't post anything you don't have the right to share, and don't post anything abusive, misleading, or illegal.
Suspending or ending accounts
We can suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or our Code of Conduct, especially where someone's behaviour affects the safety or experience of others. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
Beta
Rounds is in beta. Things may change, break, or be removed as we build. We provide the app "as is" and can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
Our liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rounds is not liable for what happens between golfers who meet through the app, for the conduct of other users, or for any loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Dutch law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
Changes
We may update these terms as Rounds develops and will update the date above when we do. Continuing to use Rounds means you accept the current terms.
